These tuna steaks are large and fresh as can be. I ordered the single pack w/ two 8oz steaks and it was perfect for two people. A little marinade and pan-sear, these made for an amazing dinner. Cant wait to order again.
The tuna is amazing sushi grade. It just needs some salt and pepper. Sear for one min per side and voila! There are some recipes available for a sauce to go with it but for tuna lovers, it's perfect just on its own.
I've never had the pleasure of searing tuna this fresh, and what a difference it made. The tuna was so tender and tasty, that with just a dab of wasabi and a dash of soy, and ... mmm, mmm, mmm.
